1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wij2 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Members" or "Players"). By visiting the wij2 website or opening an account, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms must be read together with wij2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — those policies also form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration

Opening a personal account is required to participate on wij2. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned from those accounts will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a violation of these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the wij2 support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Log out of your account after logging in from a public device.
• Be alert to phishing emails or fake links.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, let us know right away.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

wij2 is an adult entertainment platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site.

wij2 may at any time request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, etc.) for age verification. wij2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

3.1 Regional Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

wij2 supports the most widely used mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are described below.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable to all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Funds deposited must come from your own legitimate source.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wij2 offers various types of bonuses for new and regular members. Each bonus offer has its own terms which must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Receive ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• After accepting a bonus, the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered "bonus abuse".
• wij2 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

wij2 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, dice, and Megaways. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

wij2 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent results in all games. Our games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a server error, wij2 will attempt to restore the state of that game. However, if the game result becomes uncertain due to a technical failure, the related bet will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet on sports betting, make sure you fully understand the rules and odds for the relevant event. wij2 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns and cancel bets where necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij2 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly opening accounts with the intent of exploiting bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking, using bots, automation, or any other technical manipulation of the game software.
• Collaborating or colluding with other players.
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.

8 Account Closure

wij2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account in the circumstances described below.

8.1 Closure by wij2

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If a member fails to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period of time.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the Member

8.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited. If closed at the member's own request, any valid remaining balance will be returned, excluding any bonus balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

wij2 strives to provide its services to the highest standard. However, wij2's liability is limited in the following matters.

• If a game is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
• If there is a fault in the software of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe).
• In the event of issues caused by unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• For losses arising from a member's failure to protect their account.
